The SteelwaveX plant is laid out as a continuous flow — raw stock at one end, packaged, validated assemblies at the other. Climate, dust and material handling are managed end-to-end so every weld, seam and finish behaves exactly the same way, project after project.
A curated set of fibre laser, punching, forming, welding and finishing equipment — chosen for repeatability rather than novelty, and continuously calibrated to keep tolerances tight.
High-watt fibre laser cells for sheet stock up to 20mm in carbon and 12mm in stainless. Tight kerf, minimal heat-affect — clean parts straight to forming.
Servo-electric press brakes and a panel-bender cell for fast, repeatable folds on cabinetry, enclosures and structural panels.
MIG, TIG and spot welding cells with dedicated stainless-only zones to prevent cross-contamination.
